Damaged product not replaced by Shopclues

Please refer my Order dated 28 Jul 2018. It is intimated that the item was open of package and found damage. The item has been handed over to the Bluedart after requested to Shopcluse on 03 Aug 2018 vide reference receipt No 6026015375. I am few items request to costumer case for replace of my damage item, but not any response from company.

May I request to replace my damage product (Ajanta LED Digital Wall Clock OLC-103) otherwise refund my money at the earliest. Order ID No 152874738
