I had ordered a washing machine on 24/02/2015 through Online Next.co.in purchases & my order num is 00393999. I recieved the said consigment on 10/03/2015 at 4.30pm but unfortunately i recieved the consigment in bad shape the carton of the machine was tattered & after opening the carton i found there are deep scratches on the machine everywhere especially on the tub rim.
I informed the concern firm i.e Next India about the irragularities through Email on 11/03/2015 asking them to replace the said product as the money has already been paid online. I recieved their Email on 11march 2015 promising to look into the matter as earliest as possible but i did not recieved any correspondence nor the said consigment was replaced.
I send a reminder Email on 17 march 2015 requesting them to do the needful or else i would have to knock the door of the consumer forum but unfortunately nothing has materalised till date nor i hve received any correspondence from their side. I therefore kindly request you to notify my complain at your consumer redressal forum and oblige.
