Damaged product received from Paytm, no support from Paytm

I had ordered the above product through paytm website on 5th nov,2015 and the product was delivered on 9th nov, 2015 to me. I received completely damaged product. The glass lids were completely broken. I immediately registered complaint in paytm support team and was said the reverse pick up of the product will be done within 5-7 days. I waited and when the product was not picked up, i e-mailed customer care executive of paytm regarding the concern. I was told at that point that the reverse pickup will not be done from their end and has to be done by me. Once the returned product reaches the seller and after examination, the refund of the amount paid by me rs.3540 will be done. I wont agree with this and i request the forum to take action against paytm company and help in getting back my money.
