I had netconnect+ connection with 17 GB data balance, updated into 4G. Reliance closed cdma facility for net. I asked to customer care they did carry forward my data balance or not they told us, my data balance will carry forward.

Now I purchase wipod, checked my account there are zero data balance. I complained customer care regarding this. Now they are saying that due to upgrade I lost my data balamce. They will not revoer my data balance into my account.

I paid for that data then how can they lapse my data balance. Either they return my data balance or refund my money.
