Deactivation of a recharged Dish TV account

I am a subscriber of dish tv. I have recharged my account with Rs. 237.00 on 16.02.2019 of 3 months validity pack. I received the recharged update on my dish tv account. But no channel is being displayed. I have been trying to reach the dish tv customer care over mail, phone calls. But no response has yet been received.
Kindly resolve the issue ASAP. The account detail has been attached herewith. (RMN 7980470933, VC no- 02511583806)

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
