I am the user of Airtel Mobile service and I got a message from my service provider that my bill due date is over and they inactivate my mobile service for more than one day. In actual I already paid the bill amount on regular basis and there is no reason for this inactivation. Even they have not kept source to contact costumer care from my mobile. Finally I called costumer care executive from other mobile and they have no valid reason for this act, They have irritated me and when they have no answer they told me this is there fault and they already activated my service and it will take 4 hours. But still my phone is not activated. Due to there negligence I missed a deal of Rs. 60000/-  and irritation is separate. They even dont bother about the complaint. There answer is we are not bother if you make complaint in consumer forum.
