I have online registered for new gas connection vide No N1508241693551043414956 dated 24 Aug 15 and made online payment for all mandatory requirement. When I approach the dealer on 28 Aug 15 (Khawaja Garib Nawaz Indiane Gas, Crossing republik, Ghaziabad) for connection, he asked me for another Rs 5000/- for accessories, on not making payment he refused for gas connection. I also contacted customer care No 18002333555 from 28 Aug to 02 Sep 15, but they are also not registering complaint on the pretext of technical fault.

What do I do now?
