Deduction from main account by Idea even after data recharge

I am Idea customer 9xxxxxxx7 since 2011, yesterday I recharged for 202 rs with offer of 1 GB data + free unlimited STD and local call. but after some calls i found that Idea deducting the call charges even the plan is active. I contacted customer care they accept their mistake and said me problem is resolved. But after that also they are deducting my balance on every call. I am very disappointed by such unethical practice by Idea

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
