Vodafone is charging me 0.04-0.15 RS. frequently (like every7-8 minutes) and it is constantly reducing my balance. It is charging me for data even when my phone is on airplane mode. It charges me 0.04 RS. for 0.00 MB usage whenever I turn airplane mode off. This has deducted about 15-20 RS. balance. I tried switching sim slots but nothing helps. Attached images shows the balance deduction. It has caused me a lot of inconvenience as I have to keep my phone on airplane mode since 1 week. It even left me without any balance on one occasion where I had to make a very important call. Please resolve my issue and give me back my deducted money or I’m porting my sim.
