Deduction of EMI bouncing charges by Bajaj Finserv

The EMI bouncing charges has deducted from my account through Bajaj Finserv. I had closed Consumer loan in October 2017 and received NOC and loan closure report from them during the same time. However, i have received SMS from bank that, BFL has deducted EMI bouncing charges from my account in JUne 2018. I have called their service station however, nobody responded properly and ignored my request. Half of the number mentioned on website are not working.
