I request you to help me with the issue of undue mobile internet deduction by Air Tel. Last night (06/09/2015) I was using internet through mobile phone, but unfortunately forgot to disconnect the internet connection. In the morning of today, getting up from bed I found that Rs.372/- was deducted from my main balance though an internet balance of 2.73 MB is still lying in my internet account. I rang their customer care (Ref. No. CBDMO20907225565) from where they said that I downloaded big files. But in the whole night I did nothing except sleeping. The same thing happened last month when Air Tel suddenly deducted Rs. 156/- from my main balance though an internet balance was still there after their deduction. But when I contacted Air Tel customer care at that time they refunded my amount. But this time they are refusing to do so. Please help.
