Defect in Focet pipe of Hindware Sanatery Ltd

I have purchased 2 nos health focet with pipe from Local dealer Shilp Enterprise , Gota , Ahmedabad in the month of 30/6/2017. On first installation only focet pipe had problem of leakage, Dealer was nice to replace immediately. There after dealer had given me toll free no of company. I had lodge the complaint every month and they were replacing within 24/48 hours.
Since one year has completed they have refuse to replace the focet pipe , would request you to please get the data from them about service since service report was not given to me.
