I have brought this phone on May 2014 and in 10 months its motherboard has been changed 2 times for the same reason. When we call the call center for a permanent solution to this problem, their reply was to use the phone until another problem occur and then contact them. We asked them to either replace the phone if there is defect in it or give us extended warranty or at least give us in writing that they will resolve the problem free of cost after the warranty is finished if the same problem occur. Then to they are replying saying that why are you thinking negative that after the warranty is over the mobile will give the same problem. Kindly Help.
