Defective 4G SIM from Vodafone

I took 4 g sim of Vodafone about ten days back. since then I am not getting connected to internet at home, in my office or any where. I approached Vodafone centre at hypercity in Mumbai. the staff member Kavita accepted there is a problem with the sim and registered complaint (no.148519289) on last Saturday(09.07.2016). There was no response from the Vodafone to rectify the sim.. I am not able get net even now.
