Defective air condition from Flipkart vendor

I have purchased a blue star portable air condition from flipkart.com at rupees 26990, it’s capacity is 1 ton, i worked it 3 hours continuously, but not getting cool in my bed room, that time i had spoken to flipkart and made a return request, but now they are telling that, we will not take back the air condition. my daughter is a patient, still we cannot use the air condition properly, the blue star company’s technician telling that, the portable air condition is a failure, use split air condition. I don’t want this portable air condition, this is not useful for me, please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you
