I had bought FABER brand cooktop (HOB) burner from Lifestyle Kitchen and Interiors (India) Pvt. Ltd on 3 sep 2014. This was installed in our kitchen and we started using the burner from June 16th 2015 . The delay in usage was due to auspicious day for house warming ceremony. With in 1 month of usage the stove has given many problems. The latest one is the shattered glass surface and it has resulted in we not being able to cook. On Jule 15th I lodged the compliant with Franke Faber India Ltd and compliant numbr is 1507151439219. They advised me to send scanned copy of warranty and purchase order as well photo of the Glass burner that had shattered glass surface to their customer care email address. I did send all the required details. One of their representative did come and took photos as well. After this I was informed that they will send replacement glass and it was being sent from Pune office. It has been more than 25 days and I have still not received the replacement glass surface. I have called customer care for 4 times and they keep promising that they will replace as soon as they get the part. They had said they will send a temporary stove for us to use until the original is fixed and that is also not done. They said fixing of the glass will be done by August 1st week and today is August 10th and still not done. Model : Crystal 75 RP – HGG 754 CRR BR E I.
