I ordered one center table from wooden street (www.woodenstreet.com) on June 19th and made full payment on same date using my card. I received the ordered material on 2nd August and found that my center table is totally broken and damaged one. On same day I mailed to wooden street customer care team and provided all photos of damaged material. Then they asked me to send all photos to 9xxxxxxxxx7. I did so on that particular date only. Then they send a person to inspect the material at my place. Then he confirmed that the table can not be repaired it needs to be either replace or refund the money. After several telephonic conversation wooden street confirmed that they will pick the damaged material from my place with in 2-3 working days. I received this mail on August 19th. After that till today whenever I called to wooden street customer care they replied that they still try to arrange a pick up. And whenever I asked for refund they told me that they already initiated the process. But still now I do not receive my money back or not yet get any confirmation for it.
