Hi, On 27-Jan-2016, I placed the order for Nivia Anti Burst Gym Ball – Diameter: 85 cm on http://www.ebay.com site and received the item on 30-Jan-2016, Order Id: 161467267652-1361066090006.

But that product is having little damage on the ball i.e. it’s not leaking one, but it also missing tap which is used to close the air filling hole so I am not able to use the product, I sent mail on same day of getting the item, but they keep on replying to mail that they checked before sending the item and its accessories, they are not ready to accept my complaint and they are not ready to replace it. so kindly look into this. I am attaching the conversation mail which I had with them.
