Complaint regarding a hair remover product order placed on teekart. Value: 1098. I ordered a hair remover product from teekart and a part of that product is missing i.e the battery. When I inserted another new battery and tried to check whether the machine is working properly or not then I found that the product is not working at all . It is a defective item. I have been trying to submit a return request but not success. I have been mailing them many times but no response. Request you to please help.
