I ordered a HP 15-af114AUP3C92PA#ACJ laptop with the Regulatory Model Number as TPN-C125 or TPN-C126 through flipkart.com on 12th May 2016.

The laptop was delivered on 16th May 2016 and I paid Cash On Delivery amount of Rs. 25,990.

The laptop stopped switching on 22nd MAy 2016 and I filed for the return and replacement with a new piece on 22nd May.

Flipkart support team contacted me and mentioned some troubleshooting steps but none of those worked. Then they forwarded the issue to the HP Support team. The HP team have raised a case id for the issue : 4654364560. Today I had a discussion with the HP technical support team and they mentioned that there is a hardware issue with the laptop and it needs to be replaced. Since HP offers 14-day return policy, so they won’t be able to replace the device but it can be replaced by Flipkart as they have a 30-day return policy.

Now Flipkart’s 30-day return policy ends on 11th June 2016 and till today I haven’t got any confirmation from Flipkart that the product is going to be replaced.

So I would ask you to look into the matter with high priority so that Flipkart gives a replacement for the defective product they have delivered.

For your reference the last return request filed with Flipkart has the id : OD205993053955455000

Today is 9th June 2016 and there has not been any positive from the flipkart end.
