I had ordered a IFB microwave from snapdeal on 18th may ORDER ID- 6345561218, delivered to me on 25th may. i had paid the money in advance. but snapdeal delivered a defective product to me it is not working properly from the day it is delivered, first i called IFB service centre to let it checked but the service person wont able to get whats the problem in it, then i ask snapdeal to return the product and refund my money (on 27th may), they had promised me thy will pick the product for return with in 3 working days and reutrn my money with in 4 working days but till today neithr the product is picked for return nor i had my money back….even after may call and complaints every time they promise me tomorrow we will pick the product and your money is already been transferred to your account…but snapdeal failed to fullfill all these promises…..now m stucked with a faulty product and a loss of 13595rs….kindly help me what to do now?
