Sir I bought a mobile from Snapdeal of ikall brand dated 23 August 2016. After receiving on 26 august. I switch on the phone it works ok two days after two this phone was not charging. I file my first complaint on 04/09/2016. After this complaint I file too much complaints to Snapdeal but Snapdeal always mislead me .they told me to go to ikall service center but service center was not able to repair my phone.they changed battery and motherboard but my problem was not solved. I am so harresed by Snapdeal. All this I logged a complaint to snap deal customer care again to Mr Vikas Kumar dated 28/10/16 compliant no 29797750. He assure to solve my problem upto 24 hours but no service given to me till date. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thankyou
