Had purchased the phone via snapdeal in May 2015. On 2nd Jan it was witnessed that there was smoke emitting from the phone lying idle in bedroom. On opening the back cover we saw spark/flame on top left hand side and somehow diffused it. Conatcted co. call center & deposited the phone with their service center (AVL Telecom, Ghatkopar, Mumbai). Sent detailed mail with Snapdeal Invoice, pic of damaged phone & service center receipt to co.’s sutomer care. There was no response and today (7/Jan/16) on calling their call center no., they started responding by saying that this comes under physical damage & cannot be replaced. Have requested to send a written response but they are unsure. Pls help in getting replacement as this was an internal fault in phone and NO physical damage has been done by us.
