Defective iPhone 5S from Ebay, no support from Ebay

I bought a product from eBay recently. It is an Apple I phone 5s (16 GB). The product was faulty as it had a manufacturing defect (the speaker of the phone do not work). I have raised a claim with eBay about the faulty product (Claim Id – 1174872). They promised me that i will receive a call from their issue resolution team within 5 days (maximum). I waited but didn’t receive any response from them. I called and spoke to eBay customer service and again and again i was told that i will receive a call within 24 hours but i am still waiting for the call.

Its now been 7 days days and i have not received any calls from eBay. All I want is eBay take back the faulty product and refund my money back but, all i face is the most pathetic customer support among all other online retail websites. I am still stuck with the faulty product and do not know what else to do to get my money back.

I request if anyone could help me to get my money refunded and the product taken back.
