I bought new Samsung power bank from www.bookmyoffer.com website.The said Item received on 19/03/2016 and I paid Rs.748/-as per the Cash On Delivery policy.The Item which supplied is a defective one and no option for recharging(Recharge port is not available).There is only brand name printed on it.I tried to contact the customer care but they are not responding. Please lodge my complaint and do the needfull for refund the amount I was paid.
