I ordered dell inspiron laptop from snapdeal on 22nd sept. The product got delivered on 25th sept. However it was found to be defective which was later co firmed by Dell. A replacement request was sent on 27th Sept.
Since then I have been getting nothing but emails and calls saying your product will be picked in 2-3 days. I had been followig up since then regularly but these crap people do not even care to heed to the complaint. The product is still with me. Snapdeal is simply harrasing their customers by giving fake assuarances. I am really fed up of this process.
Both of my official and personal work have been hampered because of this delay. They are not even returning my money nor the product. What am I supposed to do now. I am just a middle class person. Please its a kind request..please help me.
