I have placed order 83405646 on dated 25th Jan,2015 for product mobile Lenovo K900. Seller has dispatched manufacturing defect product, as the microphone was not working on the same.

I raised a return request has been declined by the shopclues, mentioning that product is having manufacturer warranty and shall visit to the service centre

Now if i am buying product from website, and seller ships faulty product so that should now followup with manufacturer. There is clearly mentioned on the website that product is carrying seller warranty and not the manuffacturer.

Its clearly cheating by Shopclues website, as they want me to struggle with the company and there will be another party involved whom they can blame for the servicing, as if product is faulty then seller is responsible for that as they did not checked it before shipping of the product.

I only want my refund back and return of product. Please help me.
