Defective Lenovo laptop from Flipkart vendor

I have ordered a lenovo laptop model ip 320e from flipkart.com. It was delivered on 28-sep-17 but product was defective ,showing blank/black screen only without booting when i switched on it. I requested flipkart to replace the product but no response from them. please resolve this issue and help me to get new product without defect .
