Defective memory cards delivered by Amzonoffers.com

Sir, i have buyed two memory cards one 64 gb and one 32 gb from the site Amzonoffers.com and both the memory card are defective, 32 gb is a plastic piece which is designed like a memory card, 64 gb is not working always ask for formatting. I have contacted with them but they are asking questions and they take one week for the reply. Their mail id is support[@]amzonoffer.com please help me to refund my cash, i have paid through cash on delivery. I don’t believe this buyer, so replacement is difficult. Please help me to solve my issue. Thanks.
