I ordered 2 MI power banks (10400mAh each) on 2nd of may from Askmebazaar.com (Ordrr ID – AB2698328). But when i received the parcel, i found out that both the products are faulty and they are not in an operational state. i complained their customer care number (0444 444 4444) and told their representative about the fault. But that particular person told me that i should had been complained 48 hrs from the time i received that parcel, and so they will not replace and refund that product. Please help me in this regard as i was totally unaware about that company rule of complaining 48 hours from parcel receiving time.

  1. I ordered for 9000mah samsung powerbank, wide my order No.AB3176952. I received the parcel on 01/06/2015 from red express. I was shock to see the product sent by vendor was defective & fake samsung product.
    Please take necessary action on the vendor & even on the askme for selling fake products.
    I recommend to ban this online portal.
