I purchased a Mi Xiaomi 10400Mah Power Bank from Rediff Shop. In response to my purchase order (11222339), I have received a defective / damaged power bank. I wrote their customer Care (shopsupport.rediff.co.in) and I have received response for 1st two time in very gentle manner. They mentioned that they will replaced the product and mentioned to courier the defective product to the vendor. Accordingly, I couriered it to the respective vendor and courier charges also incurred to my account as per rediff shop policy. I asked customer care when I will receive the refundable product and I have received a response on 25 March that it will be reached very shortly. However, till date I have not received and refunded product. subsequently, customer care stopped responding my mail.
Any further assistance would be highly appreciated.
