Defective micro usb cable from shopclues

I bought a micro usb cable for my phone on 16/07/17 with order id 121045121 which i received on 18/07/17 when i used the product i found it,s not working and it,s defective. so i placed my return on the same day with ticket no. 2569050 and return id 4459858. the company rejected my return and said go to service centre. and service centre of unbranded product .don,t exists. this how the company made me fool . it,s not about the price but about moral relatuon with customers.
