I had Purchased Micromax mobile Model no. A290 on 05–1-2015 from the local shopkeeper of my town.

After 3 months I had found the’ negative charging’ problem in the handset went to micromax service center M/S Future Communication SCO – 28, 1st floor sector 41-D, Chandigarh – 160036 and they have replaced the faulty parts and after one week I had received my mobile back.

But after 2 month I had found that ‘negative charging’ problem again and went to the same service center I was being told that I need to submit the handset as the motherboard need to be replaced this time. I submited my hand set on 28th July 2015 for repairing and on 25-08- 2015 I received my mobile back in working condition.
But after 10 days on 05-09-2015 I found that my mobile is not charging and again on the very same day I went service center and requested him to replace the hand set this time as the same problem is arising again and again and even company is not able to resolve the tecnical fault of the hand set.

I contacted the custmer care helpline number with the replacement request even I had written to micromax on the given email ID and reuested to replace the hand set as the company is not able to resolve the complaint.

But the customer care department has rejected the request to replace the hand set the mobile is in warranty periodd.

Your are requested to help me in replacment of the defective mobile.
