I have purchase one micromax P480 tab from snapdeal for my wife birthday that is on 11 aug n v purchase that tab before the date so v can given on time.

On 11 aug 2015 i hand over the tab to my wife when v open that from day one that not working v try two three days to solve the problem but that not working hunging, reboting problem then i call to snapdeal about that they tell me the ph. N add. Of micromax services center but they r wrong after that i taken phone n add. Of services center fron just dial n send the tab to services centre they sad their is problem in motherboard n they take time 25-30 days then i ask to snapdeal about that then they take complaint n no is 0578357 n after that two three time call comes to snapdeal n all time they say r u not read the rules before purchase the product.

Sir when some one goes to purchase some thing he see the product n price not the rules N if problem in motherboard its mean the problem is manufature why they not replace the product or refund the money
