Defective mobile from Flipkart but no support

I have purchased a Moto C Plus Mobile handset from FLIPKART AND RECEIVED peace on 16.11.2017. When I opened the hand set was auto re-starting frequently with a Horizontal line on its screen, I immediatly requested a replacement but FLIPKART is reluctant for its replacement & insisting me to get it repaired from MOTO Service centre. Sir Why should I accept a defective peace by paying full new set cost? I contacted FLIPKART On phone but they are telling that there is no replacement/return policy though while ordering it, they showed 10 days replacement policy for this MOTO C Plus handset. PLEASE ARRANGE EITHER REPLACEMENT OR RETURN. THANX.
