I had ordered a nokia n73 mobile (order id 98955125) from shopclues.com which was delivered on 21/09/16 to my residential address. After I opened the box i found that it comes with following defects :-
1. its a local china phone comes with local charger too.
2. the phone is not working and IMEI number mentioned on the box and inside the phone.
3.the phone battery is wrapped the cover of nokia.
There is always a 15days return back policy. So i called the customer service where i had a conversation with Mxxxxd Ixxxxxn and Ms Pxxxxxxxa. When i spoken to the first one the return request was taken by the agent under tge reference no.7743631 on 21/09/16 the same day when i received the parcel.
After 4-5days when no one come to collect the product then i spoke to lady agent and she told me that request for return has been rejected by the vendor. i purchased the product from shopclues and paid to shopclues only. I don’t know the vendor and why should i ask the money or return from the vendor? Please help to get refund and to return the this product
