Defective Moto E4 from Flipkart vendor

I have purchased Moto e4 phone, from the first day it automatically gets switched off while calling, i complained, they told to try some steps, i did, now they are saying they will send a technical team, now the way it is going i think from the day i bought it is 10 days over and 10 days it will take to get a new set even if technical team agrees, so after paying full amount, i m left with no option to wait for 20 days.
