I have purchased a moto g 3g mobile through flipcart on 14 Nov15 (OD104387603776146000) which was defective. on 30 jan16 it become automatically switchoff and then not getting onn. After this, I call to flipcart and got a service centre address which was closed 4 yr before. After reaching on spot I come to know this. Now they are saying to go 350km far from my address for mobile repairing. From this I am getting loss of huge amount and suffering from a lot of stress.So pls take the necessary action.I will always apolize to you for such kind act.Thx
