I had gone to change the front tyre of my hero honda passion plus bike, to M/s P M Tyres, authorised MRF tyres dealers. Bill is attached. Old tyre was replaced on 14/10/15, and since then there was an issue with driving and the bike was getting drifted and getting swerved unnecessarily. Upon checking it was the complaint of the tyre and the authorsied dealers said they will get it replaced. They had informed that it will be done within 4 days and i will get an sms confirming the same as it has to be done by the company i.e. MRF. It has been more than 3 weeks and I didnt get any communication regarding the same. Now when i called the said shop they informed me to contact the company directly. I do not understand what is the reason behind this delay and why would i directly contact MRF. This complaint is against M/s P M Tyres, Aluva and M/s MRF Tyres. I have not even received my money back nor my new tyre till date which is completely atrocious. Please take the matter with its seriousness and please do the needful to replace the tyre or refund my money with the expenses caused for visiting the shop in Aluva everytime for enquiring about this.
