I had bought a oneplus one from Amazon on December 2014. Since then I’m having nothing but trouble with this phone. I have recieved one of the ‘MANY’ defective pieces of the oneplus one. In December my charger got spoilt and in February my touch screen stopped working normally. And after a lot of calls and visitations to the one touch service centre in pune they took 2 months to replace them. I had given my charger on January and recieved it in March and I had given my phone on April and recieved it in June. Now i have another charging problem with my phone and I want a replacement for this defective phone and the company is not agreeing to it. I can’t afford to give it to the service center and wait another 2 months as I don’t have the time anymore to keep visiting the service center frequently.

There are a lot of frustrated oneplus customers and you can see that by the reviews on amazon. A lot of people have common problems. And even though the company knows it, they still sell the phone. And then they make fake promises to the customers. Kindly take action against them.
