I purchased a phiccom clue 360 smartphone from shopclues on 23rd June 2016. received the product on 28th June with a huge manufacturing defect and also false description in it. On 28th June same day of delivery, i opened and claimed a complaint number attached to order no. 93695928 with shopclues to provide a refund of my money for the product. An automated email was sent by shopclues that the issue would be resolved within 3-4 working days. There was no response provided by shopclues either on e-mail or call Since then every alternate day i had to call up (after minutes wait the called reaches to the department executive which is very expensive and cost minimum 10 rupees each call ) to customer care of shopclues to provide a resolution for the issue. However, everytime i got a response that your problem is solved with in 48 hours just wait each time.
The company website claims a 10 day replacement or refund policy on their website. Also, they promise easy replacement on their website. I have the screenshots available with me claiming this. Unfortunately was not able to attach it.
