Defective phone from Flipkart vendor, no customer support

This is a complain against Flipkart. We bought a new smartphone LENOVO P2 vide order dt.22-09-2017, within a 2days we started facing many technical issues in the device. we complaint against it for replacement or refund then they gave Tch,. visit. They observed the problem that we had faced and did aware to Flipkart. They played trick and kept giving suggestion or another tech. visit till our Replacement deadline end up. Now from their side no action is being taken. Authority must take legal action against Flipkart.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
