Defective phone replacement request rejected by Flipkart

Many times I have given complaint on flipkart in regarding 10 days replacement but they are not giving response.
I buy Mi Note 4 from flipkart and got the mobile phone on dated 26 september 2017 and after 2-3 hours on phone display was blurred and friction of seconds display was normal.sometimes mobile was normal and after working continuously on display screen 1-2 white lines coming. i have raised complaint against mi note 4 on flipkart that replacement my phone because 10 days replacement period is going and on first day I have saw the problem,but they guys told we will send a technician he will see, technician came on 27 september 2017 and I told this problem of display when appear I don’t know, it’s coming after 2-4 hours but for friction of seconds.he checked and seat for 15-20 minutes and went.than I got massage from flipkart replacement rejected.that issue display blurred is still not gone,blurred display coming on mobile at sudden time.i again complained on flipkart but now they are saying go to service centre,i want to tell you I got phone yesterday and yesterday I caught problem,they are giving 10 days replacement but now they are rejecting my complaint.please sir I am hoping from you that you will solve my problem.why flipkart giving false promises if they are saying easy return and 10 days replacement.please help me.
