Defective power bank from shopclues not replaced

I ordered powerbank from ShopClues. Due to damages from item I decided to return it.but in ShopClues my order option it showing “Delivery in process”.so i called customer care and told ” I received item but you showing like this.i want to return it”. They told we are not responsible for this… So I returned the item to shipper by speed post.but even today the shipper also not contacted me.. I want solution for this.
