Complain on Amazon.in, Order id = 403-02229653347540, reason: defective product and delaying in return pickup.

1st return was initiated on 10th july 2015, and its been delaying till date,
atleast its about 7 times i got the message of rescheduling the pickup.
they are always giving excuses that they will ask the courier to pickup by tomorrow and its not over yet. They also said that the courier company is also not responding to them. they are making fool to us and wasting my time.

Also i need the compensation for wasting my time as the price of the product has also increased to 7999/-.
