Defective product from

I paid Rs.2500/- and received an Air Sofa cum Bed on 18-12-2015 from Askmebazaar, On line shopping site located in Delhi. On filling air I found that the Air leaks out and the item supplied is of defective quality and unusable. Hence I contacted the support of askmebazaar and raised a complaint on the same day. They issued a ticket bearing No. 31456 dt. 18-12-2015. Then after 10 days since there was no response from them I tried their customer support No 044-444-4444 and they told me to wait for 10 working days. I was constantly checking the ticket in their support area for updates.

One day I observed that they have closed the ticket without solving the issue and they sent a mail asking me whether I am happy. I was upset by their action. I protested. Then they insisted me to raise another ticket for solving the issue. Hence new ticket bearing no. 38454 was raised. Then there was a mail from them asking for my Bank IFSC Code for refund. I sent to them my Bank Passbook 1st page. Again I waited for 2 more weeks expecting refund. But I was surprised to find that my second ticket 38454 was also closed by them. I protested with ticket Nos. 38461, 38462 ….. But they closed all these tickets without any resolution. Then I narrated my experience in internet forums in detail. I observed that against my reviews in these forums, the askmebazaar has responded apologizing for the delay on their part and stating that my refund is in process. Hence I waited. But I would like to bring to the attention of all that till date (i.e. 6 weeks has elapsed) no action was done by them to pickup the damaged item nor the money was refunded by them. Now I feel that my money is lost. I earnestly appeal if anybody can help me/guide me in this situation to get back my Refund.
