On 18 June 17 I had ordered a power bank (assured Samsung 25000 MAH) along with Samsung 64 GB SD card and a head phone through “Deals and Offers” online shopping. I had been delivered all the items at my home address on 24 Jun 17 But whe I checked the Items , I found that the items looked like the same but did function at all. I immediately wrote the Customer Care @ e-mail ID : fashioncare247[@]gmail.com. Within no time I received the reply that my problems wold be resolved within 3-6 working days and asked for full details. I had given all the details (Like :order ID CIB395893 and tracking no.1297212706244 etc.).On 26 Jun 17, I received a call from 9xxxxxxxxxxx4 that my items would be replaced if I call 7xxxxxxxxx2. Till 3rd Jul I had called on both the no.s at least 50 times, But either lines were busy or nobody picks up. So, I wrote again to the Fashion Care stating the inconviniences I had been facing. Again I received the similar reply and I have been waiting till date. Finally I decided to lodge a complaint with Consumer Forum to have my grievances redressed. However, I shall be highly obliged if any action is taken against “Deals and Offers”, so that the innocent people should not be robbed or misguided. Thanking you.
