I have purchased a mobile handset Asus Zenfone Zoom S on 27Nov2017. Online seller name is OmnitechRetail.

Seller published a 10 days replacement warranty for Damaged, Defective, item not as describes cases. The mobile I have received has proximity sensor defective. Defect was first observed by me on 04th Dec 2017. Same was informed to Flipkart seller. Flipkart denying replacement against the fault reported and insisting me to go for service through their technician. this claims their published advertisement as false. Misleading and cheating way of promoting the products sale. Two times I contacted Seller through call and below are the complaint numbers
Return id 11201092417095482650 dated 04th Dec 2017
Return id 11201092936481996651 dated 05th Dec 2017. both complaints were closed by Flipkart stating they will send the techician to fix this problem. One techincian already visited and confirmed the issue but tech want my mobile to be serviced to try fixing the problem.
