I have ordered online over phone to Naaptol/Logikart Orissa MLP for a Roti maker with small hotcase which was delivered in a packet by courior paid cash on delivery. After opening the packet, I found the Roti maker is having several craches on body as well as in the floor. I have made complaints to Naaptol immediately. They ask to make another call to a toll free number which I could not get a contact. I made email to replyfromnaaptol@naaptol.com No response from their side.

Please help me either replacement with a good Roti maker or they have to refund my money.
