I bought a maharaja whiteline cooler online in paytm but i recieved defective product(dective in swimming switch) from paytm so i request to the paytm for returning according to seven day return but there is no respons from paytm so i requested to you please resolve my problem.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
